Our registration certificate as an approved provider of training, which can be used for a 200% tax deduction according to the Skill Development Promotion Act B.E. 2002
The relevant course specifications booklet which can be downloaded here for WSET courses and here for WSG courses.
Copy of the training payment receipt (Issued by us)
Your Income Tax Form duly filled
When can you submit your documents?
Up to 5 days before training starts and up to 60 days after training but no later than January 15th of the following year.
Where do you submit your documents?
In Bangkok : Department of Skill Development Bangkok Skill Development Center Wat That Thong
Outside Bangkok: Regional Skill Development Institute or provincial skill development center
Note for companies of 100+ employees: If your company employs more than 100 people, the Thai government makes it mandatory for you to provide training at least half of your staff, or you will be required to make a "contribution" to the Thai Skill Development Fund.
