We participate in events such as charity dinners, weddings, and private gatherings to build our brand through partnerships and connections. We are looking for a motivated individual to help at events by pouring wine and making cocktails, with the opportunity to grow into a sales and brand ambassador role.

Job description :

We are a young restaurant company, opening three restaurants in Phuket this year, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

Our restaurant features a cuisine inspired by primal cultures. The menu includes many dishes prepared using open fire, smoking, and steaming techniques. It is a large restaurant with 120 seats and a dedicated wine room.

Location: Phuket, Thalang, Choeng Thale

Salary: Base salary determined during the interview + % from bottle wine sales

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 6/1, evening shifts

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for hotel restaurants and private customers.

- Seeking new customers

Qualifications :

- Good computer skills, experienced in Microsoft Office and Email

We are seeking the ideal candidate to join our team as a Sales Executive in the Wine Division at Italasia.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively seek opportunities to sell products once they arise – converting relationships into sales.

• Responsible for meeting customer needs throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

-Working in conjunction with Buying and Merchandising and operations to ensure effectively execution of distribution, special events, wine -by- glasses, other opportunities and wine education

-Working side-by-side with Wine department Manager and staff to help develop wine product knowledge and assist with wine presentations in both central food Hall and tops Market format.

-Conduct Staff training and education in all central food halls and selected tops markets.

-Identify opportunities, developing and implementing action plans to increase sales in central wine cellar/wine story.

-Have extensive knowledge of company’s products and provide ongoing in-store training in all central food halls and selected tops Markets.
