Allegrini Brand Ambassador @ITALASIA

Italasia Trading is looking to hire a wine brand ambassador for Allegrini.


" The Allegrini Family has been producing great wines for over 400 years. Widely regarded as one of the leading producers not only in the Veneto region but in Italy as a whole. "

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Team Leadership – must coach and develop different team

·        Reporting to the Head of Wine Business of Italasia

·        Supports development and implementation of the annual brand strategy and

marketing plan to create consumer demand based on strong business analytics

·        Assists in the development and implementation of short‐ and long‐term marketing

objectives and strategies. Participates in the development and leads the execution of

brand plans and tactics to deliver against agreed-upon brand and business goals.

·        Plan yearly activities calendar and promotion calendar

·        Organizing events, tasting wine dinners, training, master class…

·        Plan market visits around the country to different branches of Italasia

·        Supporting every department for their sales target

·        Establish the monthly report for both parties

·        Integrated marketing communication, and retail/on-premise point‐of‐sale

development and execution

·        Make sure the Marketing budget is in line with our plan

·        Develop and maintain a variety of marketing plans across multiple channels

·        Create and develop strategic long‐term plans for the development of multiple

categories and brands that keep Allegri on the cutting-edge

·        Become a leader in category pricing and promotions across channels

·        Customer Leadership – partner internally to develop strong relationships using the full

scale of Allegrini

·        Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the

product and category growth and opportunity

·        Collaborate with a variety of teams with relevant data to make informed decisions on

program execution

·        Develop and maintain effective communication that is easy to use for a variety of

teams

·        Coach, teach, and train to enhance company knowledge

·        Build, develop, and drive strong relationships with Italasia and Allegrini partners

to improve strategy, pricing, profitability, and growth

·        Develop and maintain Budget and sales for the different departments

·        Make sure the stock is rotating in good condition

·        Plan the orders and make sure the shipment arrives on time with the logistics.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred

·        Minimum 2 years of team leadership, managing and coaching people

·        Minimum WSET Level 2

·        Experience in category management, retail sales planning, and negotiating preferred

·        Forward‐thinking, creative, and solution‐driven

·        Long‐term strategic and planning skills

·        Advanced in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

· Understand consumer insights and market trends

·        Ability to analyze and communicate data clearly and effectively

·        Preserve confidential information

·        Complete understanding of general accounting principles, and margins

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Constantly Innovating ‐ Developing and encouraging creative ideas that challenge

common thinking

·        Fluent in English and Thai.

 

Language Skills:

·        Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints

·        Good in presenting information to customers and organization personnel in a clear, concise, and effective manner.

 

Reasoning Ability:

·        Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems

·        Must remain cognizant of market conditions with regard to every channel of distribution, categories include schematics and their effects on sales, changing buying patterns, holidays, and special events.

 

Package:

Salary is dependent on experience and work background plus allowances and KPI.
